Automatically renewed license 30 days before due date, won't refund.

I no longer own the many devices on my three year subscription, purchased June 17, 2017. Kaspersky auto-renewed on May 14, 202 without any prior notification. I contacted them requesting to discontinue the subscription and to refund $170.39. I've heard nothing from them until I tried their Facebook page.

Outstanding Antivirus and its detection rate are the best. 5/5 Detection rate. Even handle all ransomware viruses. I recommend to everyone just switch your antivirus to Kaspersky. You will see huge difference.
Extremely Intrusive Update July 2020

I've used Kaspersky Anti Virus by preference for about 4 years, no problem at all. Today there's an update I have to agree with, and with the recent scandal about Bethesda's Doom Eternal Denuvo Anti-cheat gaining kernel level access, I thought I'd better read the T&C's. 2 minutes in and I'm totally gobsmacked. Kapersky's Waaaay more intrusive and anti-privacy than Bethesda's mess. Apart from your DNA, and first born; they want the lot.
As a long term user, I'm not accepting this grotesque level of intrusion into my privacy via this update- and I am immediately uninstalling the entire program.

never got any issue with it,all usa doing is propoganda as they did same with huwawei becouse they want you to use internet security of their choice so that they can see in your system and get control whenever they needed ,track you & that was not possible with kaspersky.

Just recently bought the full version, and have had to uninstall it
Took almost an hour to remove it but it still leaves junk on your p.c. reasons for dumping it is because it causes complete mouse freeze and the computer just stops until stupid Kaspersky decides it's finished whatever it is doing. Absolutely hate it and glad to get rid. Pc now runs fine with new software. Do not use this.

Just Scammed by Kaspersky

I paid for it got my activation code.And couldn’t find a spot to put it.So I called the customer service.They said they need remote access and they will put it on for me.They than said your computer needs cleanup We will just charge you $499 and $169 to upgrade my services.I was scammed computer won’t do anything now and it was pretty new.I hope they burn!!!

The internet security never loads, and i saw all of my passwords on my boss' computer, even one I had just created less than two minutes previously to looking over his shoulder. Very terrible. Did not protect my information in any way.

Kaspersky es una empresa rusa que ofrece servicios de ciber seguridad; ofrece el mejor antivirus del mercado pero su VPN es muy básica. Lo último se debe a que Kaspersky no es un proveedor de VPN.
También ofrece servicios de gestor de contraseñas.
No sé ustedes, pero yo no confiaría mis contraseñas a una empresa investigada por el gobierno de Estados Unidos (por espionaje) y que además ofrece servicio VPN, estando prohibido este tipo de servicios en el país donde se encuentra su sede.
No todo lo que brilla es oro. Siempre hay otras opciones. Saludos.

Tried to activate my program and had to call customer service. Phone number shows ma. but my service representative was in Mylasa. Connection very broken . Cut in an out . Could not understand rep. Just hung up.
